After multiple in-person visits to different manufacturers of modular and capsule homes, we elaborated a curated list of all ranges of prices and qualities and conneced them with developers, governments and investors in Latin America and Europe. These fully-equiped units arrive 90% finished from the factory, dramatically cutting both cost and construction time. From mining camps in Peru to rural glamping resorts in Spain, the solution we provide covers social housing, temporary accommodation projects and toursim.

Housing demand in Latin America and Europe is exploding, yet traditional construction remains slow, expensive, and unable to scale. At the same time, sourcing modular and capsule homes directly from China looks attractive on paper but is extremely difficult in practice: the market is flooded with hundreds of factories, most lack real track records, many disappear after the next season, and very few can actually meet European CE marks or LATAM seismic and fire standards. Language barriers, hidden quality issues, unreliable MOQs, and nightmare logistics turn what should be a simple purchase into a high-risk gamble for most buyers.

We built a shortlist of Tier-1 Chinese manufacturers, visited factories personally, build personal relationships with local management and negotiated framework agreements that guarantee European and LATAM compliance. We now handle everything from desgin adaptation and quality inspections in CHina to consolidated shipping, customs clearance, and local installation partnerships in destination countries.
