PROJECT OVERVIEW
PROJECT OVERVIEW

The opening of a massive port in Chancay, Peru by China’s COSCO marked a strategic milestone: it strengthened China’s presence in Latin America while reducing dependence on U.S. trade routes. Building on this momentum, we are establishing a trading and consulting firm in Ningbo, home to China’s largest port by cargo volume, strategically located in the Shanghai–Hangzhou economic region.

The Challenge
The Challenge

Despite strong interest, China–LATAM trade relations often face barriers: distance, lack of established connections, and difficulty navigating cultural and regulatory differences. Many companies on both sides lack reliable channels to initiate and grow sustainable partnerships. The same logic applies to Spain.

WHAT WE DID
WHAT WE DID

We did various scouting trips to both Ningbo and Lima to understand local needs and serve as a bridge-builder. Leveraging our logistics connections (Ningbo and Chancay), institutional partnerships, and market knowledge, our role was and is to create synergies between both regions, helping companies and institutions seize new opportunities, in markets previously though of unreachable. Our objective was not only to monitor industries, markets, and emerging trends that could benefit from the established bridges we’ve built, but also to ensure that opportunities are not only identified but also transformed into concrete results for businesses, institutions, and regions alike. This is why we parnered with local players in all regions involved to speed up efficiency and make of this bridge, the new silk road to America.
